A case is created to share your concerns or any issues to the Gravity Care support team when you are at the client’s site providing care services.

Be in the Gravity Care home app screen:

  • Tap on the settings
  • Select one of your following options, ‘Help’
  • Enter your description
  • Send Now

The email is sent to the Gravity Care Support team. Someone will call you within a business day if this is not urgent.

In an emergency, dial 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
